Job summary

Inverto North America, backed by the Boston Consulting Group, seeks a Manager/Senior Manager in Tech Sourcing to lead enterprise-level sourcing programs. You will drive end-to-end delivery, shape strategies, manage complex vendor landscapes, and collaborate across client teams to deliver measurable results.

You’ll play a key role in proposal development, new business opportunities, and scaling Inverto’s Tech Sourcing practice while mentoring the next generation of sourcing leaders.

Qualifications

• 5-6+ years of relevant professional experience in IT sourcing across multiple sub-categories.
• Strong ability to lead client engagements, manage teams, and shape project direction.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships across procurement and IT functions.
• Solid skills in data analysis, contract review, and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic tech sourcing projects end-to-end across IT categories such as infrastructure, SaaS and cloud services.
• Engage IT and procurement leadership; run high-level client meetings and workshops.
• Translate technical complexity into actionable sourcing recommendations to drive outcomes.
• Contribute to proposal development, go-to-market narratives, and winning new work.
• Mentor junior colleagues; share tools and best practices to scale delivery.
• Develop benchmarks, strengthen internal databases, and support rapid decision-making.
