Job summary

Inverto North America, supported by BCG, seeks a Tech Sourcing Manager/Senior Manager to lead end-to-end IT sourcing projects. You will drive strategies, engage senior client leaders, and translate workshop insights into actionable sourcing plans. You will shape our offerings and mentor teams as we scale.

You’ll work across infrastructure, SaaS, cloud services, and managed services, traveling to client sites as needed and delivering measurable value in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5-6+ years of IT sourcing experience across multiple sub-categories.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (Master’s preferred).
• Proven ability to lead client engagements, manage teams, and shape project direction.
• Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships across procurement and IT.
• Strong working knowledge of data analysis, contract review, and supplier negotiations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites; significant travel may be required.
• Entrepreneurial spirit that thrives through team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic tech sourcing projects, end-to-end delivery across IT categories (infrastructure, SaaS, cloud, managed services).
• Engage with IT and procurement leadership; lead high-level client meetings and workshops.
• Turn data into decisions; analyze supplier performance and build robust business cases.
• Shape evolution of Tech Sourcing; develop new products and tools and contribute to Inverto’s practice.
• Contribute to winning new work; support go-to-market narratives and tailor offerings to client needs.
• Mentor junior colleagues; scale expertise and ensure consistent delivery across projects.
• Lead benchmarking exercises and improve internal databases for faster decisions.
