Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist for Microsoft products in Anchorage to engage customers, understand needs and budget, and offer expert service and memorable solutions. You will stay current on Microsoft products through required trainings and certifications and help customers feel excited, confident and appreciated.

You will drive transactions, promote promotions, and uncover future tech needs while maintaining department merchandising and effectiveness in a fast-paced store

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or related field.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities
