This project-based role runs from July 2026 through January 2027. You will receive training, opportunities to learn about the latest devices, and the chance to join Best Buy for future roles, while working as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in customer service, sales or related fields.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in your department to support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth and achieve sales goals
• Use skills learned from training to provide excellent customer experiences and educate other sales floor employees
• Use available tools to stay current on promotional initiatives and help drive profitable growth
• Generate future opportunities by discovering customers’ current and long-term tech needs
• Embrace our learning culture to continuously improve existing skills while acquiring new ones
• Maintain specified department merchandising and organization
