Job summary

Best Buy in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, demonstrate products and recommend solutions that meet individual needs. You will handle purchases, returns and exchanges while staying knowledgeable about offerings across departments.

You’ll grow through ongoing learning, support the sales floor, and assist customers with in-store and curbside pickup. Flexible schedules include holidays, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
