Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and follow escalation procedures.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications.
