Macquarie Group in the United States (Chicago/New York) seeks an Analyst/Associate for Technology and Services M&A to support clients with financial and strategic needs and to participate in advisory, capital raising, and principal transactions across the deal lifecycle. You will work with teams on deal execution, client service, and portfolio activity across software, services, and tech sectors.

Requires 1–4 years IB experience, a finance degree, strong Excel/modelling skills, and solid

Formación

• 1–4 years of investment banking experience in Software, Business Services or Technology, Media, Telecom M&A preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or mathematics.
• Experience in Microsoft Office applications and financial modelling.
• An understanding of financial statements, accounting, and finance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients in meeting financial and strategic needs and participate in advisory, capital raising and principal transactions.
• Pursue new business opportunities and service existing portfolio investments including debt and equity positions.
