Job summary

Robin Hood is seeking a Senior Philanthropy Advisor, Technology Sector Engagement in New York City to build and lead a tech donor portfolio. You will craft engagement strategies, write impact narratives, and coordinate with Advancement, Program & Impact, and AI teams.

The role demands donor-focused entrepreneurship, resilience, and strong relationship skills. You will report to the Managing Director, Major Giving, and travel for donor meetings and events when needed.

Qualifications

• Genuine fluency in the technology sector and understanding of venture, AI, and crypto ecosystems.
• Track record closing five- and six-figure partnerships, gifts, or client relationships.
• Experience managing a donor or investor portfolio with disciplined pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and manage a tech-sector donor portfolio from outreach to long-term partnership.
• Develop engagement strategies and create impact narratives for donors.
• Coordinate cross-team engagement and host events with senior leadership and boards.
