C Spire is seeking an Account Service Representative in New York to be on the front line of our customer experience in a retail location. You will join a sales-focused team that thrives on exceeding goals and earning uncapped commissions while advancing through development opportunities.

You’ll help customers with wireless, home services, and business plans, staying current on devices and services, and delivering exceptional service with integrity and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service or sales experience or a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A passion for technology and a commitment to staying current on new devices and plans.
• Ability to work a full-time, irregular schedule that includes some evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Drive wireless, home services, and business sales to exceed monthly goals and unlock uncapped commission opportunities—averaging over $50,000 annually in total compensation.
• Serve as a knowledgeable and trusted consultant for customers, staying up to date on the latest devices, plans, and home services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with integrity and enthusiasm in every interaction.
• Contribute to a high-performing team that is laser-focused on dominating the telecommunications industry.
• Leverage investment in your future—advance through management training programs or grow where you are with ongoing retail development support.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, passion, and drive.
