Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One or more years of relevant sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; schedule known four weeks in advance.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn customer needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Present product insights and solutions to provide complete top-down sales solutions.
• Close sales with strong communication to meet customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Develop self through ongoing training across merchandising and inventory.
• Reach out to current Verizon customers with outbound calls/texts to grow base.
• Engage with the community at Verizon events to expand loyal customers.
