Job summary

Best Buy is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Pennsylvania. You will welcome customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, and recommend solutions that fit individual needs.

You’ll handle cashier duties, process purchases, returns, and exchanges, and stay refreshed on product knowledge through ongoing training. The role also involves keeping the sales floor tidy, supporting in-store and curbside pickup, and working a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
