Job summary

Staples is hiring Sales Specialists to provide exceptional customer service in-store and via the kiosk. You will help customers find total solutions, stay up-to-date with technology offerings, and work in a fun, team-oriented retail culture.

Training provided and immediate interviews may be scheduled in person. Flexible part-time hours include PTO, weekly pay, employee discounts, 401(k) with company match, and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience
• Ability to engage and speak with customers to understand needs
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10–50 pound range

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, inviting environment for customers while learning their tech needs
• Stay current on technology products and services to offer a total solution
• Respond quickly to customer requests on the sales floor
• Help the Tech department achieve key metrics, including profitable sales
• Be flexible with duties (cashier, merchandising, returns, other duties)
