Staples is seeking Sales Specialists to provide exceptional customer service in-store and via the kiosk. You’ll understand customer needs, offer total solutions, and contribute to a fun, team-oriented retail culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience
• Ability to engage and speak with customers to understand needs
• Team collaboration and cooperative work in a fast-paced environment
• Conflict management in a calm, nonconfrontational way
• Ability to lift/move 10–50 pounds, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and resourcefully to customer requests and concerns on the sales floor
