Job summary

Best Buy in Schertz, TX is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers identify the right tech products and services to fit their needs.

You'll welcome customers, conduct product demonstrations, complete purchases, returns and exchanges, and stay current through ongoing learning. You’ll also help keep the sales floor organized and assist with in-store and curbside pickup.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations across departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
