Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays (schedule announced 4 weeks in advance).
• Open to picking up additional shifts, especially in peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by leveraging passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn customers' needs by asking questions and making connections.
• Present product insights and recommendations to provide a complete sales solution.
• Close sales with effective communication to meet customer needs.
• Attend ongoing training and grow in merchandising and inventory operations.
• Possibly contact current customers via outbound calls or texts to grow the customer base.
• Engage with the community outside the store at Verizon events to expand loyalty.
