AT&T in Horseheads, NY is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers through options with a consultative approach. You’ll help customers explore devices, services and plans while building relationships in the store.

You’ll work a schedule 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 40 weekly hours, and receive training and coaching to reach sales goals, plus uncapped commission and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Maintain a 9am-9pm schedule, including weekends, with 40 weekly hours.
• This is a fast-paced environment; stay flexible and open to evolving tech to meet customer needs.
• You may have prior retail or customer-facing experience; training is provided to help you succeed.
