Comcast Xfinity in Colorado Springs is hiring a retail sales associate to engage customers, demonstrate product features and provide outstanding service. You will strive to meet sales targets while helping customers interpret statements and manage their accounts in-store.

The role promotes Comcast/Xfinity products with expertise in technology and a passion for customer care. A full-time, variable schedule is required, with comprehensive benefits and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to work a full-time, variable schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to stand and move about the store constantly.

Responsabilités

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up and service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answering any questions customers have on current or new services, making changes to account data, upgrading levels of service, and processing all general service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Providing expert-level understanding and passion around technology, especially around Comcast products and services.
• Maintaining detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contributing to a fun and competitive environment.
