Job summary

Comcast is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Colorado Springs, CO to engage customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales in a fast-paced store environment. You will provide exceptional service, answer questions about services and devices, process transactions, and partner with a friendly team to meet and exceed store targets while upholding Comcast/Xfinity standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Adjusting to a full time, variable work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary (open availability required)
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to stand and move about the store constantly.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up and service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answering any questions customers have on current or new services, making changes to account data, upgrading levels of service, and processing all general service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Providing expert-level understanding and passion around technology, especially around Comcast products and services.
• Maintaining detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
