Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of relevant experience (sales/customer service).
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule provided 4 weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for technology and exceptional customer service.
• Learn customers' needs by creating connections and asking questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations for a complete sales solution.
• Close sales with strong communication to fulfill customer needs.
• Participate in ongoing training and support merchandising and inventory.
• Reach out to Verizon customers with outbound calls/texts when appropriate.
• Engage with the community at Verizon events to grow the customer base.
