Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for technology and customer service to expand Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Continuously develop through training and up-skilling in merchandising and inventory.
• Reach out to current customers with outbound calls and texts to grow the customer base.
