Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to grow career potential within a busy retail environment. You will generate retail sales using your passion for technology while delivering exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One+ year of relevant experience or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn customer needs by connecting and asking questions.
• Propose insights and recommendations for a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales with strong communication to fulfill customer needs.
• Grow through ongoing training and upsell across merchandising and inventory.
• Possibly place outbound calls and text messages to Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community at off-site Verizon events to grow base.
