Job summary

Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate for an onsite location. You will drive sales by helping customers explore cutting-edge technology and provide a complete solution through strong communication and needs discovery.

You can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $18,000 a year in commissions and potential bonuses. Benefits start day one, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Open to picking up additional shifts during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customer needs by connecting with customers and asking questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations to provide complete top-down sales solutions.
• Close sales with strong communication to meet customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Continuously develop through training and upskill in merchandising and inventory.
• Engage with the community at Verizon-sponsored events to grow the customer base.
