Qualifications

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays (schedule planned 4 weeks in advance).
• Experience in a commission-based environment.
• Strong sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using communication to fulfill customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill across merchandising and inventory.
• Grow customer base by outbound calls and texts to current Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community at Verizon-sponsored events to expand loyal customers.
