Job summary

Verizon is hiring for a worksite-based retail role in which you will drive sales by connecting customers with cutting-edge technology and delivering exceptional service. You’ll assess needs, present complete solutions, and close sales through clear communication and proactive follow-up.

You’ll also participate in ongoing training, support merchandising and inventory, and have opportunities to grow your customer base through outbound outreach and off-site events.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of relevant experience demonstrated through work or military service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with four weeks' advance notice.
• Openness to pick up additional shifts to increase income.
• Open to picking up additional shifts to increase earnings.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn customers' needs by connecting and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations for a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales with strong communication to fulfill customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Develop through training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory.
• Possibility to grow customer base via outbound calls and texts to existing customers.
• Engage with the community at Verizon-sponsored events to grow loyalty.
