Job summary

Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate at our Monaca store to grow our customer base through technology passion and strong service. You will identify needs, position product insights, and deliver complete top-down solutions to customers.

You can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $18,000 a year in commissions if goals are met; top performers can reach $65,000+ annually depending on geography and performance. Benefits start day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One+ year of relevant sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to pick up additional shifts as needed.
• Experience in commission-based environments is a plus.
• Customer service experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by applying product knowledge and customer service.
• Uncover customer needs and present top-down solutions.
• Close sales through effective communication and product recommendations.
• Participate in ongoing training and store operations.
• Engage with the community at Verizon events and initiatives.
