Verizon Retail in Downingtown, PA is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to grow customer relationships and drive technology solutions inside our store. You’ll use passion for tech and strong service to help customers find the right Verizon experience.

Compensation includes $16.00–$21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $18,000 in commissions, with top performers reaching $65,000–$75,500+ annually. This role offers ongoing training, community engagement, and room for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts to earn more income, typically during peak vacation periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
• Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers interested in our products and services.
• Engage with the community outside of the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off-site Verizon sponsored events.
