Job summary

Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate at our onsite location. You will drive sales by leveraging a passion for cutting-edge tech and delivering exceptional customer service, while learning customer needs and providing complete product recommendations.

You’ll close sales with clear communication, participate in ongoing training, and may reach out to current customers to expand the base. Schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with strong earning potential through

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Bilingual Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts to earn more income, especially in busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by applying passion for technology and strong customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by connecting and asking questions.
• Present product insights and recommend solutions for a complete top-down sales approach.
• Close sales with effective communication to meet customer needs.
• Continue professional growth through ongoing training and upskilling across merchandising and inventory.
• Possibility to grow customer base via outbound calls and texts to existing Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community at off-site Verizon events to expand loyalty.
