Job summary

Verizon is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate for our Brick Township, NJ location. You will grow your career in a team focused on sales success within a retail store, identifying customer needs and offering top-down tech solutions.

Responsibilities include generating sales, presenting product insights, and closing deals through clear communication. Training will be provided, with opportunities to advance and engage with the community at Verizon events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of relevant experience required.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule provided four weeks in advance).
• Open to additional shifts, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn customer needs by establishing connections and asking questions.
• Recommend product insights and solutions for a complete sales experience.
• Close sales with strong communication to meet customer needs with tech solutions.
• Participate in ongoing training and upskill in merchandising and inventory.
