Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate at our Bridgewater, NJ location to grow customer relationships and drive sales of our technology solutions.

You will learn customer needs, present top-down solutions, and close sales with clear communication. This role includes ongoing training, potential community engagement, and earnings opportunities through base pay plus commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of relevant experience required.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known 4 weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income.
• Bilingual, Spanish is a nice-to-have.
• Experience in a commission-based environment is a plus.
• Demonstrated sales experience and customer service skills.
