Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience recommended.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays; four weeks advance notice of schedule.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using technology passion and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Identify customer needs by asking questions and building connections.
• Present product insights and recommendations for a complete tech solution.
• Close sales using strong communication to meet customer needs.
• Participate in ongoing training and develop skills in merchandising and inventory.
• Possibly reach out with outbound calls/texts to Verizon customers interested in products and services.
• Engage with the community through Verizon events to grow the customer base.
