Job summary

Verizon, represented at Best Buy, is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to engage customers and provide personalized mobile solutions. You’ll learn and apply product training, contribute to sales growth, and help customers select devices and services in a fast paced retail environment.

In this role, you’ll earn an hourly base pay plus performance bonuses for activated devices and upgrades, with bonuses up to $30 for new line activations and $10 for upgrades and accessories.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in customer service, sales or related fields

Responsibilities

• Use skills learned from training to engage with customers, provide them with complete solutions and create positive experiences
• Use available tools to stay current on promotional initiatives and help drive profitable growth
• Generate future opportunities by discovering customers’ current and long‑term tech needs
