Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist representing Verizon to assist shoppers with personalized mobile solutions and drive sales at our store. You will learn continuously through training and self-guided learning, staying up-to-date on the latest Verizon products and services.

You’ll earn an hourly base pay plus performance bonuses for activated lines and upgrades, with opportunities to earn up to $30 for new line activations and $10 for upgrades and accessories.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in customer service, sales or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide complete solutions and create positive experiences
