Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to drive in-store sales and deliver world-class service in our Virginia retail locations. You will use product knowledge to connect guests with the right solutions and create a memorable shopping experience.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of customer service in retail or sales, willingness to work evenings/weekends/holidays, and at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• At least 18 years old.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
