Job summary
Victra in Oregon is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service and drive sales in our Verizon store. You will meet monthly goals, share product knowledge, and connect guests with solutions that matter most.
This role also supports merchandising and store operations in a fast-paced environment. The position offers paid training, health/dental/vision insurance, a 401K match, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement.
Qualifications
- One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals, working alongside peers and store leaders to serve customers and resolve issues.
- Provide product benefits and recommendations through exceptional service to meet customer needs.
- Create personal connections with guests to simplify tech choices and enhance the in-store experience.
- Assist with merchandising and other store operations as needed.
