You will be the face of Victra, with uncapped earning potential and opportunities for advancement. As a part-time Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you will control your career in a retail store, using your passion for technology and customer service to create an exceptional in-store experience for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, Nov–Dec.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work with peers and store leaders to serve customers and resolve issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate, connecting with customers and having fun doing it.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional service.
• Create personal connections with guests to simplify tech.
• Foster a competitive drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
