Job summary

Comcast Taylor, MI is seeking energetic retail team members to engage customers, demonstrate product features, and deliver outstanding service while helping shoppers interpret and pay bills in the store.

You will be a brand ambassador for Comcast/Xfinity, stay current on technology, and contribute to a fun, competitive store environment with on-the-job training and uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes
• Ability to move around the store constantly

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction via follow-up and service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answering questions on current or new services, updating account data, upgrading service levels, and processing requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Providing expert-level understanding and passion around technology and services.
• Maintaining detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contributing to a fun and competitive environment.
• Connecting our products to customers’ everyday lifestyles.
• Adhering to retail policies to ensure a professional store environment.
