Job summary

Victra is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant in Iowa to deliver world-class service as the face of Victra in-store. You’ll drive sales, share product knowledge, and create outstanding guest experiences with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities include meeting monthly sales goals, assisting with merchandising, and providing resolutions while collaborating with store leadership. A HS diploma and 1+ year in customer service are expected, with evenings/weekends required.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate and connect with guests while having fun doing it.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service.
