Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant in the United States (Iowa). You will drive in-store sales, deliver world-class service, and connect guests with technology that matters most.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
1+ year in customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
