Job summary

Victra is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Consultant in Cedar Falls, IA to deliver world-class service and connect guests with technology that matters. You will drive in-store sales while representing Victra’s brand with energy and integrity.

You’ll participate in paid training and have opportunities for advancement. Candidates must be 18+, possess a high school diploma or GED, and be eligible to work in the United States. Evening/weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• As part of the Victra team, achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it.
