Job summary

Best Buy in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers find and compare tech products while performing product demos and guiding purchases. You will assist with cashier duties, keep shelves stocked, and learn continuously to stay knowledgeable about offerings.

Role includes participation in in-store and curbside pickup and requires flexibility to work holidays, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
