Job summary

Best Buy in Concord, NC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, confidently recommending tech products and services to meet customers’ needs. You'll learn and grow through ongoing training while helping customers on the sales floor and at checkout.

You’ll engage customers warmly, demonstrate products, and recommend solutions across departments. A flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
