Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers choose tech products and services. You’ll learn to confidently recommend solutions while delivering friendly service and handling transactions at the register.

Key duties include product demos, answering questions, stocking shelves, and assisting with in-store pickup. A minimum of 3 months retail experience and a flexible schedule are required to join our team.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products, answer questions and recommend items to meet customer needs.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
