Best Buy in Heath, Ohio is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers choose the right tech products and services to meet their needs. We’ll train you with the skills and knowledge you need to confidently recommend options.

The role includes greeting customers, performing product demonstrations, handling cashier duties, and supporting in-store pickup and curbside orders. A friendly, flexible schedule and ongoing learning are required and encouraged.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast paced, team oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
