Job summary

Best Buy in Avon, OH is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers select the right tech products and services. You’ll learn, demonstrate products, and assist with purchases and returns across departments.

You will engage customers warmly, perform demos, and support in-store pickup while maintaining store standards. A minimum of 3 months retail experience and a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
