Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers select the right tech products and services. You'll learn the products and confidently recommend solutions that fit each guest's needs.

You'll welcome customers, demonstrate products, handle cashier duties, and keep the floor stocked. A 3-month retail or fast-paced team environment background and flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or fast-paced environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and listening to assess customer needs.
• Ability to demonstrate products and answer questions confidently.
• Experience handling cashier duties and transactions is helpful.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations across departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders.
