Job summary

Best Buy in Salem, NH is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers choose the right tech and services. You’ll greet shoppers, demonstrate products, answer questions and make recommendations.

You’ll also handle cashier duties, keep the floor stocked, participate in pickup orders, and stay current with training. A minimum of 3 months in retail or a fast-paced team environment and a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or another fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations across departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
