Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Full-time, flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through follow-up and service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify account information and pay their bills in the store.
• Answering questions on current or new services and processing general service requests.
• Acting as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Maintaining sales product knowledge and competitive information.
• Contributing to a fun and competitive environment and connecting products to customers’ everyday lives.
