Victra, Verizon's premier retail partner, is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service to every guest. You will use your passion for technology and customer service to create the ultimate in-store experience and help meet monthly sales goals.

You should have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of customer service, be 18+, and legally able to work in the United States. Training is provided with an uncapped commission structure to boost earnings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
