Job summary

Best Buy Co. in Houston, TX is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers choose tech products and services.

You'll welcome customers, demo products, answer questions, handle purchases, returns and exchanges, and maintain knowledge through ongoing training while keeping the floor stocked. A minimum of 3 months retail experience and flexibility to work holidays, nights and weekends are required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
• Minimum 3 months of retail or similar experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
