Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the brand in-store, helping customers find the right tech products and services. You will learn products and services to confidently recommend options that meet each customer’s needs.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, demonstrating products, handling transactions, and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup. A friendly, customer-focused attitude and flexibility for scheduling are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations across departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
